I wanted to make a stylish addition to our living room decor. I was playing around with different shape ideas. Finally I settled for a pyramid shape. But the lazy in me did not want all separate parts which have to be sewn up. That’s why I worked this crochet pyramid doorstop in one piece from start to finish. It is worked amigurumi style in round.
One thing I was absolutely sure about from the start though was that my doorstop needed a handle. Many times I have seen people trying to pick up awkwardly shaped heavy doorstops only to land on their toes.
